Organised in partnership with the Dublin Festival of History, learn about the architecture and early beginnings of this eighteenth century Georgian townhouse. From there we will trace the history and people of the Academy from its inception in 1785. To finish we will delve into the collections of the Royal Irish Academy Library – home of the sixth century Irish manuscript The Cathach of St Colmcille.

Please note that the maximum number per tour is 35. Tickets are free, but must be booked in advance. Ticket sales will open on Monday 29 July at 10:00am.
