Dublin Festival of History | Remembering Grangegorman: Storysharing

The site of Grangegorman is a place of importance not only for Dublin’s north inner city but for the wider city and region. The memories of those who have lived its recent past – former employees, neighbours, family members of patients, the patients themselves – are invaluable in (re)constructing the histories of the site and enriching its record.

Join us on Saturday 5th October 5 - 7pm in the Grangegorman Church of Ireland building for an evening of storysharing where the people who have lived and worked in the Grangegorman area are invited to tell their stories. Local poet, Lianne O’Hara, will share her poetry and reflections on the site and all are invited to also share their own stories.
